Medeco M3 Mortise or Rim Cylinder (Local Install)

Upgrade your existing mortise or rim lock to Medeco M3 high security without replacing the whole lock. Barak Lock & Security supplies the Medeco cylinder and installs it for you. Local service only in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles and Ventura County.

How it works

1. Text us a photo first of your lock (outside and the edge of the door) to (818) 723-6800. We confirm the right cylinder size before you order.
2. Order the cylinder and one installation per cylinder.
3. We order your Medeco cylinder and install it on site. If the size turns out different at the visit, we adjust the order before installing.

What is a mortise or rim cylinder?

Mortise cylinders screw into storefront doors, aluminum doors and many commercial and older home locks. Rim cylinders are used on exit devices (panic bars) and surface-mounted locks. Not sure which you have? Send us a photo and we will tell you.

What is included

• Medeco M3 6-pin cylinder, UL 437 rated, standard Yale cam
• First cylinder: 2 restricted keys + Medeco ID card. Copies can only be made with your ID card.
• Additional cylinders keyed alike to your order or to your existing Medeco key (text us your ID card photo)

Why Medeco M3?
