Refund Policy

Return & Refund Eligibility:

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Some products (like custom-made or clearance items) are not eligible for returns.

How to Request a Return:

3️⃣ Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund within 3-7 business days.

Refunds & Processing Times:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

    ✅ Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
    ✅ Description of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after review.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made, clearance, or perishable items cannot be returned.
